Bambang Pamungkas (born 10 June 1980), also known as Bepe, is an Indonesian football manager and former player. As a footballer, he predominantly played for Persija Jakarta and the Indonesia national football team. His natural position is striker. He was also awarded two honorary doctorates in 2005 in the fields, respectively, of law from his alma mater, Webster University, and in political scice from Thammasat University in Thailand. On 12 June 2014, he earned professor degree from Defse University of Indonesia in National Defse Scice.
